Statements/explainations: This work is about the street view of the city, combining rules and lawlessnesss. The red light rail of passing car which is my favourite part, which added the motion to the static settings. I used the Lrc and PS to adjust the light, desaturate the rest of the photo and add the blue filter to the black and white background; I also used the layers to preserve the red parts that I really want to impose. The diminishing light, which I did not expected when I took the photo, is outside the frame, blocked by the pillar with the pillar with TOW AWAY board on it. The choice of the blue filter aims to show the logical and rational city or society system. While one part of red means the regulations, another part means life.

Behide the scene:
When I walked through that street under the building of U.S. department of Labor, I find the repetition of the concrete structure interesting, so I started to plan the photo. Just when I pressed the shutter button, I thought the car passing the frame could to add more energy to the frame, and make the exposure better. So I chosed my enjoyable long exposure procedure and get the almost ideal exposure. Oh, Long exposure!
